How speakers work

An energised conductor in a magnetic field is subjected to a force, F = BIL (left hand rule).

-Principle of sound generation in a loudspeaker:

In a loudspeaker, the voice coil (conductor) is subjected to force when it is energised. When an alternating current is passed through the voice coil, the voice coil is subjected to a force.

Voice coil is alternating current, the voice coil will change the direction of the force with the direction of current.

When the voice coil is charged with alternating current, the direction of the force on the voice coil changes continuously with the direction of the current. The voice coil drives the diaphragm to vibrate and push the air, causing the air to compress and expand.and expansion, in the original atmospheric pressure to produce a pressure, so that the radiation of sound waves to the outside.

Sound pressure on the human ear, perceived as sound.
